The DalStudio.eu has undergone two renovations in the past two years, ensuring that guests can enjoy a 5-star accommodation experience without requiring any special skills. To ensure a seamless and exceptional stay, please consider the following points.

Freezer noise

Some guests have noted that the freezer can be a bit loud at night, which might disturb light sleepers. If the noise becomes an issue for your sleep, there’s a simple solution. Open the upper door of the freezer and locate the temperature knob at the top center. Turn the knob gently anti-clockwise until it reaches the lower dot on the left side. This will pause the freezer and stop the noise. Just remember to turn the knob clockwise back to the center (1/4 to 2/4 position) when you wake up.

Hot Water During Warm Days

On hot days, the cold water may initially run hot due to the water pipes running from the bottom to the top of the building before reaching the property. In such cases, it is recommended to allow the hot water to run until cold water begins to flow.

Continuous Water Heating

The water heating system is designed to provide a consistent supply of hot water. Typically, it is sufficient for both guests to enjoy showers without any delay. However, if you find that the water is not hot enough, I suggest waiting for 10 to 20 minutes before your next shower.

WIFI Connection

The WIFI connection details are conveniently located just below the Smart TV, inside a white photo frame. Guests can choose to scan the provided QR code or manually input the information to connect to the WIFI network.

Noise Reduction

Should you experience any noise from the main entrance of DalStudio.eu, we have provided a door pillow to seal the gap at the floor just behind the door. This simple solution can help enhance your peace and quiet during your stay.

Security Reminder

For your safety and security, it is recommended to keep the door locked at all times. This easy precautionary measure adds an extra layer of security whether you are inside or outside the studio space.

  • Quality Control: Occasionally, you might notice a few minor spots or marks. This does not mean the towels and linens are dirty. Despite our rigorous control process, where towels and linens with noticeable spots are removed, some minor imperfections may slip through.
  • Texture Notice: Due to hard water, the texture of the linens and towels may not be as soft as you might expect. Rest assured, they are clean and sanitized.
