1. Introduction

By booking and staying at the DalStudio.eu, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Reservation confirmation
  • To book the DalStudio.eu, a full payment (100%) is required at the time of the booking

  • The reservation is confirmed once full payment is received.

3. Payment methods

  • Electronic paymets are proceeded via PayPal

  • Cryptocurrencies are proceeded directly via wallet addresses
  • Direct bank payment (bank transactions costs might apply)

  • Revolut bank payment

4. Cancellation policy
  • Cancellations during accommodation are not are eligible to any refund

  • Cancellations up to five (5) days prior to the check-in date are eligible to a full (100%) refund. *Please note refund costs might apply depending on refund type and bank institution

  • Cancellations up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the check-in date are eligible to a half (50%) refund
    *Please note refund costs might apply depending on refund type and bank institution
5. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in after 15:00 PM

  • Check-out before 11:00 AM

  • Self check-in with lockbox (depending on payment)
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Accommodation rules
  • 2 guests maximum
  • Pets allowed (previous notice)
  • Quite hours 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
  • No parties or events
  • No commercial video photography
  • No shoes indoors (sleepers provided for free)
  • The studio is vegan – plant base (no animal cooking)
  • Space must remain clean during entire accommodation
  • Provided towels should not be thrown on the floor, wipe dirty surfaces or wipe make-up

  • In case of any damage, guests need to report asap

  • No smoking – vaping indoors

  • Throw trash away
  • Turn things off
  • Return keys
7. Guests responsibilities
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. In such cases, any damages need to be reported immediately.

  • Nor the DalStudio.eu, nor the DalStudio.eu host, are responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Nor the DalStudio.eu, nor the DalStudio.eu host, are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property

  • In case of maintenance or repair, indoors or outdoors, the DalStudio.eu host might require access strictly upon written request

8. Governing law

  • Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal information provided for reservations will be protected and used only for the purpose of the reservation and the accommodation

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Greece
